Nicknames: Helly Sue, Lil H, Hayes Relationship: Lil sister, forever friend Being with Lil H has always been one of my favorite places to be & in the past couple of years our friendship has grown tremendously. As a 4 year old I was not over the moon about getting a baby sister, but I had no idea that this baby sister would change my life & make me strive to be the greatest person I can be. She's the funniest person you'll ever meet. She knows how to make any situation hilarious & underneath the funny is authentic depth. She's wise beyond her years, driven, & passionate about being a nurse. If she didn't love nursing so much, I'd hire her as my personal stylist. She's never met a stranger & makes everyone feel loved & special. To know Hayley is to love her instantly & deeply--I know I do.

This guy! Let me tell ya. As my older, wiser, and oly brother. Nick has always set the bar high. If you ask him he would tell you that I conjured up that bar and am the only one who was ever concerned with it. As I continue to grow up I appreciate more and more of Nicks achievements and life choices, not as a comparison to my own, but as something to celebrate in with him. He has always been a pioneer for my sister, Hannah, and me. One of my proudest moments was when he asked me to be the best man in his wedding and since then I had hoped the day would soon come to where he could fulfill that role for me. Is there a Doctor in the house? Yes. Nick. Nick is a Doctor and he and his amazing wife Kay have worked so incredibly hard and I am so proud of them both.

Nicknames: Sebastian, Seb Relationship: Former roommate, coworker, classmate. Current best pal Seb is fierce. You can see that from looking at her. Never have I met someone so fully devoted to those she loves. She's always the first to encourage and cheer me on as well as the first to remind me about an appointment or correct me when I mispronounce something. To be loved by Seb is to know unconditional love. All of her decisions are made by logically thinking through the best possible outcome for those she cares for. She's organized and amazing at chore wheels. Her perfect blend of racial ambiguity makes her almost as stunning on the outside as she is on the inside.

Piel the Goat has been one of my best friends since Highschool. From going to the same highschool, to going to the same college, to working at the same company out of college, Niel has always been in the picture bringing his vibrant colors and personality to the frame. Niel is a person I respect because of his charcter and work ethic. Most people get to enojoy the benefits of Niel's renowened story telling, his in your face humor, and his ability to make any gathering into one where everyone feels comfortable and welcome, but I've seen the true hustle and grit that has propelled him to where he is now. You meet a guy like Niel and you hold on as tight as you can becuase he isn't stopping. He has always pushed me outside of my comfort zone and for that I am forever grateful.

Nicknames: DJ Squishy, Lady Catherine, Cat Relationship: Former roommate/classmate. Current best pal Have you ever met someone & know instantly that whatever her soul is made of, yours is the same? Meet Cat. We got close quickly, going from strangers to roommates in just months. Cat lives every day conquering fears & slaying her dragons one by one. She's as real as it gets. We can talk for hours & still have to "cut it short" by ending the conversation. Of course Cat is stunning. But the reason she's wonderful is because she's so weird, sincere, & hilarious. She'll have you in stitches one moment then fill your soul with compassionate wisdom the next. She's been there for me when I thought I had to go it alone. My best friend & my sister, I love you forever.

You always think you are a nice guy until you meet Danny, then you find out he is a much nicer guy. As one of my best friends from Highschool and College I don't know where I would be without Danny's down to earth approach to life. Danny and I have similar interests and similar curiosities that steer us, but I have always been envious of how he always seems to have a little more discipline when it comes to pursuing them and a higher level of passion that he invests. Danny brings depth to the table that I admire. He is one who has always been there and truly invests in your own interests as his curiosity gets the better of him. Steadfast and Patient should be the names of his next dogs, which he is a die-hard fan for, his current pup is named Bob and takes after his owner in many ways.

Nicknames: Rooms Relationship: Former roommate. Current homie Rooms is one of the most complex people I know. I lived with her (randomly) our freshman year at UNCW and what a massive blessing that was. She's a fun one to crack because she hates being cracked. She will hate me for telling you all that despite her best efforts, she's a deeply sensitive and compassionate person who is gifted with profound wisdom. She is loyal to her core and silently carries the burdens of those she loves. She doesn't want you to know she's doing it, but man she cares a lot. I can talk to Rooms about anything and she puts things into perspective for me constantly. She's not just the beautiful, thick-haired, level-headed therapist from Clinton--she is so, so much more than that and I love every bit of it.

Karl and I met in college, and it was not an immediate friendship. We joke now about how our immature selves and inflated egos held us back from making a quicker connection then we did. None the less once our social circles intertwined and we got to talking, we found to have much in common with one another. Superficial conversations about girls, athletics, and sterotypical college on-goings quickly became meaningful conversations about family, values, and self-improvement. I as well as many others see Karl as somone who has always pushed forward in whatever he does. There is no task that he can't take on, build upon, and then leave behind for someone else to never be able to match. There is only sucess in his future because of his un matched drive and larger than life spirit.

Nicknames: Darb, Darbalarb Relationship: Former roommate. Current adventure gal It's not that Darb and I didn't like each other at first so much as we thought that one of us disliked the other. It didn't take long to realize that we did not actually dislike each other and once we did, we were inseparable. Darb is my go-to gal for everything spontaneous and fun. Wings, Cookout, binging Netflix, Studying abroad in Spain then traveling Europe together, road trips, etc. Darb is fun but she's deep too. She loves people so much and cries a lot (but she fakes it sometimes because she knows it makes me mad). She's so compassionate and always giving out those sweet Darb hugs. She's my lil Darb and that's the best way to put it.
Eddie Desecki

I'll use the cliche, "Eddie is one of a kind" but there is nothing cliche about Eddie. You could try to break him down into a stereotype but you would never get it right. I don't think I've met anyone as genuine, opinionated, and full of stories. Eddie can talk for days, and I don't think I could be more entertained. I probably spent more time in college with Eddie more than anyone else since we roomed together in Madrid, painted dorm rooms for a summer together, and had a lot of the same Marketing classes. Eddie is hilariously funny and has a matching sense of compassion. There is no one I would rather travel with whether it is on a plain to Madrid, a bus to Valencia, or his parent's Milk Delivery truck to downtown Chicago.

Nicknames: Weenie, Ween Dawg, Win Diesel Relationship: Former mother hen and classmate. Forever a fellow knight and treasured companion Weenie and I attended NRCA together and our friendship blossomed my sophomore year of high school and her junior year. We got close quite quickly as we share a similar sense of humor (however I will always aspire to be as quick and witty as she is) and we have a mutual admiration for The Office. Ween lives to celebrate others and make sure they know just how special they are. I've never met someone so committed to those around them. She does everything with her whole heart. She's radiant, creative, loyal, and the most selfless person I know. I am so blessed to have a friend like her who never gives up on me.

As the brother of the Bride to be Jake is one I am excited to continue to get to know. As you get to know Molly and her sister Hayley the thought of a male child growing up in between the two of them makes you wonder how he must have turned out. Is he deaf? Has he taken to Tibet to find some quiet? Turns out, just the opposite, he is wildly confident, poised, and off to a quick start to his career living in downtown Chicago. Molly has always brought to the table her love of her family and how much her relationships with her parents and siblings mean to her. I have been lucky enough to have been included in some wonderful memories such as when we went to the Ohio State - Clemson game, and I look forward to many more.

Nicknames: Ameelz Relationship: Former roommate. Current real and true friend I met Amelia my sophomore year at UNCW in our small group. We went around in a circle saying what we were passionate about and I'll never forget Amelia explaining "I'm passionate about our generation. I think we get a bad reputation from older generations, but we have so much to offer. We are so passionate about everything and I believe that there is so much promise for us". This is the perfect way to sum up Amelia: joyful, hopeful, positive, encouraging, a true lover of life. She's adventurous and strong. Every time I'm with her I leave feeling lighter and inspired. She's a force to be reckoned with. She has a heart as beautiful as her Puerto Rican exterior and wow is she a hoot.

Mac I have known for a shorter amount of time but I have come to immediately respect and enjoy as a friend. He is one of the first guy friends of Molly that I had met, but I had heard so much about him way before that as Molly and Catie (Mac's Fiance) would spend hours talking on the phone. As our wedding is unofficially the teaser trailer for Mac and Catie's wedding coming up in May 2018 I am really excited about getting to know Mac more as I see many admirable qualities in him that I find lacking in myself. As a recent transplant to the NC area, Mac has always been quick to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I think it only fair I try and return the favor.
