Each guest has 5 entree options to choose from: BEEF - Filet Mignon 7 oz center cut beef tenderloin with a bordelaise sauce CHICKEN - Chicken Rossini Chicken breast with thinly sliced prosciutto, over roasted jersey tomato and mozzarella with a balsamic reduction FISH - Herb Seared Mahi Mahi With broccolini over wild rice pilaf VEGETARIAN - Risotto Primavera Pecorino and marscapone, garlic and shallots served with a homemade pesto sauce and crostini garnish LAMB - Braised Lamb Shank Served with creamy polenta and roasted asparagus with a port demi sauce Please include your entree option on your RSVP insert, thank you!

What time are the shuttles leaving at?

There will be two coach buses and one van leaving at 4:15pm on Saturday from right outside the hotel lobby!
