Hotel
This is the hotel that we have rooms blocked out at for everyone. It is 16 miles away from the venue (we know, not ideal) but we wanted to find a place that we could find rooms for the entire guest list if needed. The 56 seat shuttle makes 1 trip from this hotel and up to 2 trips back. The total drive time between the hotel and venue is roughly 20 minutes going westbound on I88 (again, we know, not ideal). There are other accommodations that can be made outside of our blocking, but we wanted to make sure we could find a wonderful place for everyone at the best price with the best value. Complimentary breakfast is served the following morning, and check out is at 12pm. We understand that we are very close to where a lot of people live, and some of you will probably go to your homes for the night. If you are not staying with us overnight, we wish you safe travels home. If you wish to book a room, you must book no later than Wed 10/02/2024, and if you change your mind, you may cancel your room reservation up to 2 days before (Friday 11/01/2024). Shuttle

A shuttle will be provided to and from the venue. However, the bus provided only makes 1 trip and it only has 56 seats so it shouldn't be you're expected mode of transportation to the venue. It will make up to 2 trips back to the hotel, so consider alternate options. We want everyone to have a great time and also be responsible while doing so. Drinking and driving should never be a choice, please consider taking a Lyft or Uber. If you do decide to drive to the venue, there is ample parking available. Vehicles may be left overnight at the venue as long as the vehicle is registered with event security using your name, cell phone number, vehicle type, and license plate number. All vehicles left overnight must be retrieved before 10:00AM Monday morning. Vehicles left in the lot past 10AM will be towed at owners expense.
