The ceremony will commence at 3pm. Shuttle services will begin prior to at the hotel and there is ample parking at the venue if you are driving.
Nobody needs to be super fancy, but we would prefer no shorts and lounge attire. We feel that business casual is appropriate for the occasion.
Everyone has been accounted for in our eyes, but if we're missing someone, it may not have been on purpose. If you were not given a plus one, it was probably because we didn't know you had one. Please feel free to reach out to Mitch or Jordan before the RSVP date and we will do the best we can to fix it.
This is not a kid heavy wedding. However, if your child is not on the invitation and you can not find a sitter and need to bring them, please reach out to Mitch or Jordan so we can add them to the guest list and meal count. We ask that we have this information on or before the RSVP date.
Our Venue has substitution options for food allergies and there will be a place to notate this on the invitations.
Yes, the venue has ample parking. We want everyone to have a great time but also be responsible. Drinking and driving should never be the answer. If you do wish to drive to the venue, there is a shuttle service back to the hotel or you can order a Lyft or Uber to get you back to the hotel. Vehicles may be left overnight at the venue, but they must be registered with event security using your name, mobile number, vehicle type, and license plate number. All vehicles must be recovered at the venue by no later than 10am the following morning. At any time after 10am, the venue reserves the right to remove any remaining vehicle at the owners expense.
Yes! The venue is providing a 56 seat shuttle service 1 time from the hotel to the venue, and up to 2 times from the venue back to the hotel.
