We've set up a hotel booking page with specially negotiated group rates; you have the options (and flexibility!) of choosing a hotel in your choice, depending on your needs. These special group rates typically have very large discounts that are not available to the general public. Please note that the rates can fluctuate and sell out at any time, so you should book sooner than later!

Parking

We have rented out the nearby parking garage at 3718 Henry Hudson Parkway for your usage from 10:00am-6:00pm. The lot holds up to 60 cars and is first-come, first serve. We highly recommend carpooling or using public transportation if possible!
