There is a shuttle being provided to and from both of the YORK hotel options (Hampton Inn & Holiday Inn). Hotel check-in at both places is 3pm. There will be two pickup times via two shuttles (15 minutes apart) to choose from at both of the hotels, so please pick whichever suits you more. The first shuttle will arrive at the venue around 5pm and the second around 5:15pm. The route will be going from the Hampton Inn, to the Holiday Inn, and to the venue. The pickup times are as follows: Hampton Inn York - 4:15pm (shuttle leaves 4:25pm) OR 4:30pm (shuttle leaves 4:40pm) Holiday Inn York - 4:30pm (shuttle leaves 4:40pm) OR 4:45pm (shuttle leaves 4:55pm) THE SHUTTLES WILL WAIT FOR NO ONE SO PLEASE BE THERE BEFORE IT IS SCHEDULED TO LEAVE OTHERWISE YOU WILL HAVE TO FIND OTHER TRANSPORTATION. There will be one shuttle available to drop off guests back at either of these two hotels later in the evening from the venue. This shuttle will start at 10pm and run EVERY HOUR with the last shuttle option leaving the venue at 2am, so please plan your return to the hotel accordingly.
