Visit Aspen's iconic peak Maroon Bells. A reflective lake and two giant snow-striped mountaintops, named Maroon Peak and North Maroon Peak, anchor a blissful panorama exemplified by a symphony of color that changes with the seasons. Because the natural landmark is so popular, there is restricted access to the area during the summer and fall. Reservations are required this year to visit the Maroon Bells Scenic Area by personal vehicle or shuttle.
