Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Please check out the Travel section for hotels we've made room blocks with. Our venue is in Hendersonville, about 23 minutes from downtown Nashville. Hendersonville is a small town, and it would be about 25$ to uber one way from downtown Nashville to the Venue. It is up to you if you want to stay somewhere next to the venue and more affordable, or if you want to stay downtown in the midst of the fun. Our apartment is walking distance from downtown, and we are going to be hosting welcome drinks and the farewell brunch on our rooftop.

Whom should I call with questions?

Answer

For now, you can reach out to either one of us. The day of the wedding, we will ask that you refrain from texting either of us and reach out to our day-of coordinator. TBD.

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

We are working on it. Please check back later once we have solidified details.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

There is complimentary parking at the venue. If you plan to drive but then decide to have a few drinks, please have fun and leave your car in the parking lot. You can grab a ride back with our shuttle and can pick your car up the next day. No drinking & driving!

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that you leave your children behind. If anyone needs help with making arrangements for child care, please let us know - we have a list of qualified babysitters that we can share. Children are welcome to join us at the Welcome Drinks and our Farewell Brunch.

Can I take photos during your ceremony?

Answer

We think some of the best photos can come from phones - However, we really want people to be present as we get married and not distracted by a bunch of phones in the air. If you're inspired and want to take a quick photo- go for it but please do not block others while you do it.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place outside, and the reception is indoors.

Do you have a wedding hashtag?

Answer

Yes, we do! Please use #tohaveandtokarz when posting photos and videos so we can see our wedding through your eyes =)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are blessed to have a lot of friends and family. Unfortunately, the venue can only accommodate a certain amount of people and we are already hitting that maximum amount. Please do not bring anyone extra who isn't on the actual invitation (same applies for children).

This is our first time in Nashville -- What do we do?!

Answer

Answer

We have everything we need and do not want more things. In lieu of receiving items, we would love to put any money gifted to us for our wedding towards buying our first home together and starting our first chapter as a married couple.
