What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 3:00-3:30 PM for traditional Indian refreshments. The ceremony begins promptly by 3:45 PM.

Where should I park?

Answer

For guests attending our only the events on Saturday (not overnight or hotel guests), there's complimentary valet parking at the Loew's hotel parking garage. Please let them know you're part of the "Kohli / Koval" wedding and pick up a voucher at one of the bars during Cocktail Hour or the Reception. For guest staying overnight at our hotel blocks, you may pay to valet park at the hotels or a parking garage nearby. Please let them know you're part of the "Kohli / Koval" wedding for the discounted overnight rate.

Should I wear Indian or 'American' clothes?

Answer

Our wedding is dual-cultural. While some guests will wear traditional Indian party outfits, many guests will wear non-Indian formal outfits. It's totally up to you! Whatever you choose, just plan to dance the night away!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

All of our wedding events will be held indoors.

Is there transportation being provided between reception and hotels?

Answer

All our wedding events will be held at the hotel. The other hotel blocks are all within walking distance to the wedding hotel, or a quick Uber ride!
