Think fun cocktail party. We dont plan to be stuffy and would prefer you not be either. Sexy and Chic is the theme! Keep in mind, the ceremony is outside in September in the South. There is potential for it to be hot and humid.
The ceremony portion (weather permitting) will take place outside in a beautiful wooded area adjacent to the reception facility. The gorgeous barn onsite will house the cocktail hour and reception. It is heated and cooled so it should be quite comfortable.
Yes. We have rented a 48 passenger motor coach to transport guests from the Hampton Inn & Suites to the venue and back after the festivities. Space will be limited so do not wait until the last minute.
Guests should be able to get a ride-share pick up from the hotel or wherever you choose to stay to the venue with relative ease. Pickups from the venue to anywhere may be a challenge so plan accordingly.
Yes, there is a parking lot on site, and you can leave your vehicle (if desired) until 10:00 am the next day!
We have everything we could possibly imagine that would go on a registry. We do have a honeymoon fund that you can contribute to to ensure we have a blast sailing the Mediterranean.
While we would love to have hundreds of guest celebrating our nuptials, venue capacity and financial restraints limit the number of guests we can have attend the ceremony and reception. Your invite will include the notation if a guest is allowed. Thank you for understanding.
Unfortunately due to the open serving of alcohol and limitations on capacity, anyone under the age of 18 will not be able to attend the ceremony and reception. (With the exception of wedding party).
