Imagine there are two guys who aren’t looking for anything serious finding each other on a dating website. In this day and age, it seems like many couples take that first step of finding love by downloading any multitude of apps, creating a profile, and waiting for the connections to roll in. Mike nor Octavius were looking for anything serious. They connected over a little banter and met a week or so after their initial virtual connection. There is no denying sparks flew. Both were apprehensive about exploring the possibility of a relationship. After several months of building a friendship and creating memories together, after a few short failed attempts at “seeing other people,” Octavius and Mike decided to stop fighting the current that was so evidently pulling them closer together. It was on 06/22/2022 that Octavius decided to take their relationship to the next level. On the field at Truist Park in Atlanta, in front of the Braves dugout and 17 of their closest friends, Octavius got down on one knee and asked Mike if he would spend the rest of their lives together as husbands….. Mike said YES…… duh!!!!!!
