We wanted to invite you all to an informal “welcome event” for our wedding weekend on Friday.. We will be attending the Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park on Friday to enjoy and walk around. Everyone is welcome. If you would like to join us we will be arriving to the gardens around 3:15pm . The gardens said it takes an average of 2 hours for a full walk through. If we have 10+ people the tickets would be $16/ person for a group rate. Please feel free to reach out to me for any questions or concerns. Ceremony

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
We understand that running late happens, however, we kindly request that all guests please be seated no later than 5:15pm for the ceremony. Guests arriving after this time will not be permitted into the event space while the event is taking place. We also, kindly ask that ALL devices are silenced and put away during the ENTIRE ceremony. This will be an “unplugged” ceremony so that guests can be fully present with us. We hired an amazing photographer for the wedding. So do not worry about not having any captured moments. Guest Arrival/Music- 5:00pm Grand Entrance- 5:30pm Ceremony Ends-6:00pm
Guest Free Time/ “Cocktail Hour”
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

“cocktail hour" location will solely be up to the guests. Our venue requires all guests to leave the ceremony space for 1 hour in between events so they can “flip” the space and get it ready for the reception. During this time our photographer will be capturing family photos /extended family photos. Some guests may be asked to stay back after the ceremony for a few quick photos during this time. Guests are welcome to hop across the street to get a cold beer, nice snack, or even visit the Market on the main floor of the venue. The market is full of fun shops and eateries to enjoy while waiting for the reception to begin. All we ask is that guests please arrive on time for the reception.
