Wedding Day Schedule

Here is the schedule for our Wedding Day! Please note the time change for transportation to Norfolk Botanical Garden from the 3 wedding hotels. The hotel shuttle service begins at 4:15 pm. The last tram from the parking lot to the ceremony site is at 5:45 pm. If you miss the tram, it is a 15 - 20 minute walk to the Butterfly Garden. Please allow plenty of time for transportation! All areas are handicap accessible.

Our Ceremony

6:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Norfolk Botanical Garden - Butterfly Garden

6700 Azalea Garden Road, Norfolk, VA 23518

Cocktail or Dressy Casual attire

A shuttle will pick guests up from the 3 wedding hotels between 4:15 pm and 5:30 pm. Trams will take guests from the main parking lot to the Butterfly Garden at 5:15 pm, 5:30 pm and 5:45 pm.

Cocktail Hour

6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Norfolk Botanical Garden - Butterfly Garden

After cocktail hour, trams will bring guests to Baker Hall Terrace for the reception.

Reception

7:30 pm - 11:30 pm

Norfolk Botanical Garden - Baker Hall Terrace

Dinner, drinks and dancing! Let's celebrate!! A shuttle will return guests to the 3 wedding hotels between 9:30 pm and 12:00 am.
