Please arrive to the Hotel Du Village by 5pm the latest for the ceremony. We will have a shuttle service from the Marriott in Ewing NJ looping back and forth to the venue from 3pm-5pm. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the venue from the Marriott room block. If you are coming from the Logan Inn, we will also have a shuttle service running. This location is only 5 minutes away from the venue with continuous shuttle loops from 3pm-5pm. *If you arrive after 5pm you will be asked to stand at the back to ensure you do not disrupt the ceremony.
Our wedding will be formal, which means full length gowns for women and suits and ties for men. We would love for guests to have fun with summer colors and dress to impress! We ask that guests please refrain from wearing light blue shades (baby blue, sky blue, french blue etc). Navy blue is acceptable.
Pending the weather, the ceremony will be outside in the garden. Cocktail hour to follow will be both indoor and outdoor at the venue. Formal dinner will be indoors, with the ability to open the room to be both indoor and outdoors during the reception following dinner.
Transportation will be provided for guests staying at the Logan Inn and Marriott in Ewing. Both locations will have their own respective shuttle services. Both services will be looping to and from the venue for 2 hours prior and 2 hours post.
We appreciate your understanding, but we kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only affair. While we adore children, we've decided to create an atmosphere conducive to relaxation and celebration for all our guests. We hope this allows everyone to fully enjoy the festivities without any distractions. If you need assistance in arranging childcare or have any concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Thank you for your understanding and support in making our day truly special.
Please text Michelle, 516-673-5007 as early as possible. If you do not feel comfortable texting, you can write it on your RSVP card as well.
Duh!
While we understand the excitement of capturing and sharing special moments, we kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony. Our wish is for all our guests to be fully present and immersed in the love and joy of this momentous occasion. However, immediately following the bride's entrance down the aisle, we'll have a brief moment for everyone to snap a picture if they wish.
Please send back your RSVP card before July 1, 2024.
