This trail goes right through the heart of Downtown Fishers, and is Annie and Michael's favorite trail to go on a walk or run. This goes through the Nickel Plate District, which is where Annie and Michael's apartment is located. The Carmel Arts and Design District is a lively area with some of the best food around. There are plenty of cool shops and really good restaurants. It is also right on the Monon trail, which goes all the way to Downtown Indianapolis, if you feel like stretching your legs. Carmel City Center is another fun area in Carmel, and short (1/2 mile) walk from the Arts and Design District. This area also has some really good restaurants and is home to the Carmel Center for the Performing Arts. Some of our favorite spots: - Divvy - The Cake Bake Shop
Geist Reservoir is a fun area that has hiking trails, public beaches, and great views of a body of water that you would never expect was so close to Fishers!
Hamilton Town Center is approximately 10 minutes from Fishers and is one of Annie and Michael's favorite spots to go shopping! Some of our favorite spots: - Casa Santa - Pies and Pints
Eagle Creek is one of the best areas in all of central Indiana to go hiking. There are many miles of hiking trails and a protected bird habitat that make this one of Annie and Michael's favorite places to enjoy nature during any season. One of our favorite spots: - Rick's Boatyard
This is such a great spot for easy hiking, casual trail running, or just enjoying the outdoors. Michael and Annie come here to get out in nature, hike together, or to have a picnic. It’s easy to access and a short 15-20 minute drive away from Fishers. Would highly recommend!
