It's a beautiful spot in Newberg, OR, the perfect location for the intimate celebration we're hoping to curate. Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

Absolutely! The venue itself has 25 spaces and an overflow lot that's also on the property.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Although we'd love to have a solid answer for you, getting married in March in Oregon is a bit of a tossup as far as weather goes. The venue is prepared to provide shelter and heaters on the patio if the weather doesn't cooperate with our current plan of having the ceremony out on the lawn. While inside the lodge boasts a large fireplace, we strongly suggest bringing layers to keep cozy during all stages of the celebration.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

We have not. As our guest list includes friends and family with varying lodging preferences, we've opted to leave the choice to you. There are numerous hotels, motels, and Airbnbs in the area. With Portland only about 25 miles away, the possibilities are nearly limitless. If you need any suggestions on where to stay, don't hesitate to reach out to us.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable at our wedding so the dress code is dressy casual attire. With the fickle Oregon weather, we suggest bringing layers so you're set no matter what.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes, you can bring a plus-one to our wedding. We can't wait to celebrate with both of you!

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot host any children at our wedding. This is a 21+ event. We appreciate your understanding.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

We are doing our best to ensure that there will be appropriate meal options available for everyone, but if you have an allergy or restriction that we're unaware of, please let us know.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Wine and beer will be provided by Parrett Mountain Cellars, so it will not be a traditional bar with cocktails. We will also have beverage options for those who do not wish to partake in alcohol. Please, no outside liquor.

Answer

Absolutely! We love the idea of capturing the celebration from your point of view. We just ask that you share the pictures afterwards!
