Travel

An overview of places to stay in Williamstown and the surrounding area. There are lots of options, but make sure to book early, since September is a popular time to visit the Berkshires! There will be bus transportation to and from the Williams Inn and the Marriott for the wedding.

Hotel

The Williams Inn

101 Spring Street
Williamstown, MA 01267
 (413) 458-9371

We have booked a room block at the Williams Inn. It is located in downtown Williamstown at the end of the main street. It has a restaurant/bar and is close to everything on campus and in town.

Hotel

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Williamstown

430 Main Street
Williamstown, MA 01267
 (413) 458-7333

We've booked a room block at the Marriott, located about a mile from Williamstown center. You can click "view" below or use this link to book: https://www.marriott.com/event-reservations/reservation-link.mi?id=1579808676531&key=GRP&app=resvlink

Hotel

Tourists

915 State Road
North Adams, MA 01247
 (413) 346-4933

Tourists is a hip new hotel located between North Adams and Williamstown. We can’t block rooms there, but book in advance since it’s the most popular place to stay in the county!

Hotel

The Porches Inn

231 River Street
North Adams, MA 01247
 (413) 664-0400

A favorite spot for those who have stayed here in the past, Porches is located in North Adams, directly across the street from our wedding venue at Mass MoCA.

House Or Rental

Airbnb

There are many good Airbnb’s and other rental options in the area, if you’d rather explore that route!

Hotel

Northside Motel

45 North Street
Williamstown, MA 01267
 (413) 458-8107

The Northside is a cheaper option conveniently located in Williamstown, short walking distance to the college and town.

Flight

Albany International Airport

Albany is a small, easy airport about an hour away from Williamstown. If you're going to fly, it's the closest option.

Flight

Logan International Airport

Logan is quite a bit farther away from Williamstown than Albany (~3 hours) but might be more likely to have a cheap direct flight from wherever you're coming. Likely lot's of people are traveling to Williamstown from Boston, so ask around to set up a ride share!

Train

Amtrak

Amtrak from points south to Albany-Rensselaer is a great way to see the Hudson River Valley while getting up north in style. There aren't rental car options at the train station, though, so make sure to make arrangements to travel the final hour by car to Williamstown.
