The Waterfall Lodge

Note: Drive up Alba Road. Do not drive up Hubbard Gulch No need to find hotels, as all guests will be booking cabins on-site at our wedding venue, The Waterfall Lodge. All we ask is that you RSVP now, or as soon as you can. After we collect your RSVPs, we will send out a survey to understand your group size and needs so that we can assign cabins for each group to reserve. Please note that all cabin reservations will need to be for 2 nights, and the financial commitment for each cabin will be around $300 per night, plus taxes and fees. Cabins can accommodate 2-4 guests each. There will only be 1 parking space allocated for each cabin, so please plan to carpool to the venue. All guests MUST stay on-site as there is limited parking at the venue. More details to follow. Please reach out to Amanda or Aaron with any concerns and we will do our best to accommodate you ❤️ **Note: sadly pets are not allowed at the venue. You will need to leave your furry babies at home or with a sitter 🥺. Our ring bearer, Waffle, will be the only dog allowed on-site for the weekend.

Flight

San Jose Airport

The nearest major airport to Ben Lomond is San Jose International Airport (SJC), about 1 hour drive away. If you are flying in, you may also consider taking a Lyft or Uber to the wedding venue instead of renting a car, since the entire wedding weekend will take place on-site. An Uber or Lyft could cost between $60-$100 each way, depending on the timing of your ride. Please plan to stay with us for 2 nights, Friday through Sunday. Note that check-in will be Friday afternoon, and check-out will be Sunday morning at 10am. See the Schedule page for more details.
