Check-In

Note: Drive up Alba Road. Do not drive up Hubbard Gulch Cabins are available starting at 1pm on Friday. Guests should drive to the Guest Hub and stay in their cars while a member of the Waterfall team meets them and checks them in. They will get a map and an explanation of where to park. Cabins will be unlocked with keys hanging inside. The Guest Hub is staffed from noon - 5pm on Friday and noon-4pm on Saturday. Anyone checking in outside of that will stop by the Guest Hub where there is a self check-in sign and a customized map waiting for them. They can then proceed to their cabin.
Welcome Forest Bath
3:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Wear comfy outdoor clothing. Be prepared to hug a tree or walk around the forest 🌲
Meet us at the Ceremony Lawn for our welcome forest bath, led by Maid of Honor and certified forest therapy guide, Hana Lee Goldin!
Rehearsal Dinner
7:30 pm - 9:45 pm
Come dressed semi-formal for a lovely shindig in the forest. Avoid wearing a mostly white outfit (white shirts for men are okay). Stilletos are not recommended since we will be in the forest.
All guests are invited to our rehearsal dinner! We will have delicious handmade pizza catered by Sleight of Hand Pizza. Vegan options will be available.

Casual Brunch
10:30 am - 12:00 pm
Wear whatever you'd like. Sweatpants are fine! We're in the woods, after all.
Please come and go at your leisure to enjoy a grab & go brunch of breakfast burritos, fruit, pastries, and a fully catered espresso/tea bar by Academic Coffee. In your RSVP, let us know what you think you'll be in the mood for so we know what to order.
Free Time
12:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Enjoy some free time to explore the forest, take a hike, befriend a tree, and relax in your cabins! Bridal Party and family members will be getting ready and taking photos during this time.
Wedding
3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Come dressed in formal wedding attire, but please keep in mind we will be in the forest, and there will be dirt and grass! Stilletos are not be recommended.
Watch Aaron and Amanda get meowwied in the Ceremony Area! We will then move to the Lodge, where we will enjoy a cocktail hour and reception dinner, all catered by Paella Time. Friends of Aaron & Amanda will play jams to keep us moving on our feet. Sound must be off by 10pm at our venue, so don't worry about getting to bed too late ;)
