Join us for a late evening Welcome Gathering. There will be a few light bites and desserts in addition to cocktails. Can't wait to see you!

Ceremony and Reception

4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Semi-Casual Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, short-sleeve collared shirts, and sandals or flat shoes. The area is mostly soft grass so heels are not advised.

We want you to prioritize your comfort! Weather in August can be hot, but also unpredictable. Please bring layers for if it gets chilly (especially after the sun goes down). We will have a tent, but please be prepared for rain just in case! TRANSPORTATION: Parking at the wedding location is extremely limited and will be reserved for designated guests. There will be two small 14 passenger shuttles to take guests from Jackson Gore Hotel to the Wedding location. Shuttles will make multiple trips. Pick up at Jackson Gore: Drop off at Wedding: 2:30 pm 2:50 pm 3:30 pm 3:50 pm Shuttle will take passengers back to the hotel starting at 8 pm, with trips leaving every 30 min. Last trip leaving at 11 pm.

For anyone who is not too hungover, or doesn't have an early flight to catch, come to the property for coffee, quiche, pastries etc.
