All reservations must be made by the Cutoff Date of October 11th, 2022. Individual room reservations may be canceled without penalty charges if notice is given 72 hours prior to arrival. If guest does not have a valid cancellation number prior to this time, guest may be subject to a cancellation charge of one night’s room and tax. Hotel has complimentary self-parking adjacent to Dadeland Mall.

The last day to take advantage of this discounted rate is Saturday, October 1st, 2022 The following possible fees and for other payments as authorized: 1. Cancellations: Must be requested by 3:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, 72 hours prior to the hotel reservation date of arrival, to avoid a penalty charge of the first night room rate and taxes per room. 2. No-Show Policy: No-Shows apply to any or all guests who have a reservation, who do not check in on the reservation date of arrival, and who do not provide a proper cancellation notification. No-Shows will be charged a penalty equivalent to the first night room rate and taxes, per room. The Hotel offers Valet parking Only, at the following daily rates (currently, subject to change without notice): Overnight $30.00 Daily Fee (plus tax and service fees) Day Rate $8.00 (plus tax and service fees)
