Nick and Melissa grew up in Martin County, and lived just a few miles apart. They both attended the same grade schools, shared mutual friends, and sometimes even took the same bus home. Kelsey Logsdon (Maid of Honor) and Nick lived within a mile of each other, so when Melissa and Kelsey wanted to hangout after school, Melissa was able to witness the class clown Nick truly was. While Melissa and Kelsey’s friendship grew, so did Melissa’s interest in Nick. As the two grew into young adults, they became inseparable. So much so, that one day Nick’s mother, Jodi, was driving Melissa home from Jensen Beach High School and Nick opted to sit with Melissa in the back seat to feel more comfortable. By their sophomore year of high school their interest in one another quickly grew into love. For the rest of their high school career, their weeknights and weekends were spent cheering on one another in their multiple perspective sports, indulging in their favorite late night Ale House’s treat, going to the beach, boating, and continuing to cultivate their love story. Their love and passion for each other did not go unnoticed by their families and peers. In their senior year of high school, they were voted cutest couple as a senior superlative. Nick wrote in Melissa’s senior year yearbook “ I hope the 2 of us will be looking back on this together and one day say, we did it :).” Well Melissa and Nick, you can!

Fast forward a couple years....or 10, Melissa and Nick own a beautiful house and rescued two amazing dogs, Booker and Bella. What makes them so excited to take on their next chapter as husband and wife is their mutual ambition for life, traveling, achieving goals, and always keeping each other laughing! And now the time has come for the couple to raise a glass with everyone they love as begin their next chapter as Mr. and Mrs. Castoro!
