This is going to be a laid back grill out in a backyard! Come join us for welcome drinks under the Sedona stars. Please refer to the map for parking and directions. Unfortunately, there is not enough parking for everyone at our welcome event site, so we have complementary shuttles that will be picking you up at Yavapai College Sedona Center. The shuttles will be picking up/dropping off between 7:15 pm - 10:15 pm.

Ceremony

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Make sure to bring your sunnies, the ceremony might be a bit bright! We aren't called the Valley of the sun for nothing.
The ceremony will be held at Spirit Song Terrace with reception to follow
Reception
4:45 pm - 11:30 pm

Bring a light sweater or shawl, it gets chilly in October. We will have heaters, and you are welcome to warm your bones in the Creek House if you get too cold!
The reception will be held in The Creekhouse which is situated on the banks of Oak Creek. Golf carts will be available to shuttle guests to the reception area.
