Empanadas following 14er hike!

This is following our personal hike, where we will read our vows separately from the ceremony. We are not asking anyone to climb a 14er with us :)

There are no reservations at this restaurant, but our goal is to get in early and see how much of the patio is free for us to takeover (hopefully all of it). There are a couple of breweries in town we can bop to afterward, as well. This is about 30 minutes from the hotel, and a popular tourist stop is on the way if you want to build in some extra time: Boulder Falls.

This is another spot that doesn't take reservations so it will be first come, first serve. There are other options nearby: Foolish Craig's Cafe or Snooze, an A.M. Eatery and of course, complimentary breakfast at the hotel.

There are beautiful views on the way to the Amphitheater if you want to build in some time for stops. Please wait for pictures when you arrive until AFTER the ceremony and formal pictures are wrapped up.

**Make sure you put the FLATIRON PARK location into your GPS! Upslope is about 30 minutes from the Amphitheater and we have a private room and patio, but the brewery will be open to all. It is open bar (we do have servers) and beer, canned cocktails, and seltzers are on the menu. For food, we are using the Mighty Burger food truck with a slider bar, bottomless fry varieties, southwest salad and homemade ice cream for dessert. Gluten free buns, grilled chicken, vegetarian patties will also be available for those with dietary preferences or restrictions.

Mimosa hike, pool time & dinner on Pearl Street!

We have narrowed it down to two different hikes, depending on the vibe, and will be leaving the hotel for these around 10AM. Both are shorter and close by. When we return, it's time to relax by the pool (weather permitting) which is BYOB and we will order in some food as the hotel bar doesn't open until 3PM and the restaurant doesn't open until 5PM. Late afternoon/early evening will be on Pearl Street with dinner at Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar and drinks at Jungle Tiki Bar to follow.
