Question

What are your COVID-19 plans?

Answer

Currently we are having the wedding as planned and are overjoyed that we can do so. Gov. Mike DeWine has allowed for weddings to resume as normal as of March 3rd 2021 and he lifted all public COVID-19 protocols as of June 2nd 2021. We will talk with our venue but are confident no masks will be enforced. If we have to change plans or make special arrangements we will keep you informed as the date gets closer.

Question

Are you requiring Covid-19 vaccinations for guests?

Answer

Choosing to be vaccinated or not is a deeply personal decision. So no, we are NOT requiring you to be vaccinated in order to attend our wedding, nor will we ask you. It’s a very personal decision! Tristan and Meggan have both been vaccinated and we understand that a lot goes into this decision and as long as you are good with hugs so are we!! If you’re not, just let us know!!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at Amazon, Bed Bath & Beyond, Target, and Zola. Please check out the “Registry” page on our wedding website!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your children, however after much thought we decided that we are not having any children in our bridal party or in attendance of our wedding. Please understand that this was not a quick decision. We are willing to answer any questions and hope that you will still be in attendance to our wedding and reception. If you are having trouble finding a sitter we will be more than happy to help you find one.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you’re invitation says “and Guest” then yes. If not then you will be flying solo. Don’t worry we have great friends and family so you will have a blast!

Question

I have dietary needs, can I make a special request?

Answer

On the online RSVP, there is a place to indicate specific food needs. The food will be in a served buffet format, however our venue is very flexible and versed in food accommodations.

Question

Where can out of town guests stay?

Answer

Check out the “Hotel Block” page for our reduced rate hotel prices that are located within 5 minutes of Norlyn Manor.

Question

Is the wedding outside or inside?

Answer

Weather permitting the ceremony will be outside behind Norlyn Manor at their gazebo however there is an indoor rain plan if needed! The reception will be inside Norlyn Manor’s Verona room.

Question

Can I take pictures during your ceremony?

Answer

We want to be fully present with everyone during the biggest moment of our lives so please no phones during our ceremony. Plus, both of our people love to share and we will be happy to take pictures with everyone at the reception!
