While our reception will be held in the gorgeous Lovett Hall on the campus of Greenfield Village, there won't be time to explore the village during the wedding itself. You are welcome to visit this iconic historical experience during the rest of the weekend.

This gorgeous island is home to a State Park with tons of things to do. It includes botanical gardens, an aquarium, a beach, and stunning fountains. It's a great place to take in the Detroit and Windsor skylines!
Learn about Blessed Solanus Casey, a Capuchin priest on his way to sainthood in the Catholic Church. Megan's mom works here and Blessed Solanus Casey is close to the McCuen's hearts.
This is one of Megan's favorite places in Detroit! It is one of the largest and most significant art galleries in the United States. Spend an afternoon getting lost in Degas, Monet, and Van Gogh.
Visit Detroit's museum of African American history! They have the world's largest permanent collection of African American culture.
Try the iconic Detroit hot dog!
THEN- go next door and try another. Lafayette and American are iconic Detroit coney rivalries!
Visit The Big House on Saturday, September 4th to see Michigan take on Western Michigan (And yes, of course, Notre Dame is superior to Michigan, we know, it's just a thing to do, don't get mad at me)
What about Canada, eh? It's just an easy trip over the border (so pack your passport if you are interested). You can visit Windsor just across the bridge or take the 3 hour drive to Toronto. *Pending Covid- Border is Currently Closed*
