Where Is The Wedding?

Answer

We will be having our ceremony and reception at Sundance and the Secret Garden in Millburg, MI. The address of our venue is 4817 Territorial Rd, Millburg, MI 49022. NOTE: Depending on the website or GPS system you use, some say it is located in Millburg, and others say Benton Harbor. Please know that you will end up in the right place! We hope to see you there!

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you should arrive at least a half hour prior to the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! Please remember that Michigan is in Eastern time zone, so please plan travel accordingly!

Will The Ceremony Be Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

We will be having our ceremony in a beautiful outdoor garden. Once the ceremony is over, cocktail hour will begin outside. Dinner and dancing will be held indoors at the same location, with air conditioning provided!

Can I Bring A Guest?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to help us coordinate our day with our vendors. This means our wedding is RSVP only. The guests you are allowed to bring will be listed on your invitation.

What Should I Do If I Cannot Make It?

Answer

We wish you could come, but we completely understand. You will be missed! If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" by June 22nd, 2024 so we can plan accordingly.

Is There A Dress Code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! The dress code for our special day is semi-formal attire. For this time of year in Michigan, may we suggest the following: Women: Dresses, jumpsuits, rompers, or dressy shirts and pants. Men: Slacks or khakis, button down shirts, dress shoes. Jacket and/or tie optional. No jeans, please. Out of respect for the bride, please do not wear white, cream, or ivory. Thank you!

Can We Take Pictures During the Ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means that we ask that you do not use your phones or cameras for photos. We have hired professional photographers and a videographer to capture this moment for us. This allows you to be in the moment and enjoy the ceremony. Following the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you would like. We would love to see them after the day is over!
