We're getting married!

We met the day our Matron of Honor and Best Man took their engagement pictures. We were both invited out for dinner and drinks, and little did we know, saying yes to that night was the best decision we ever made. After spending time together, we both knew there was a connection. Several text messages and phone calls later, we knew we had to see where this could go. After several successful dates, Cody made it official on July 22, 2021.

For our 2 year anniversary, we decided to take a trip to celebrate to Mackinac Island, Michigan. We spent the weekend walking around the island, taking horse drawn carriage tours, riding bikes, and eating fresh seafood. On the morning of July 22, 2023, we walked to what Megan thought was an anniversary brunch, but it turned out to be a proposal in the most beautiful secret garden on the grounds of the Grand Hotel. After some confusion that turned into elation, we had proposal pictures taken by a wonderful photographer, and celebrated later that evening by taking a horse drawn carriage ride to dinner. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you!
