Ceremony, Cocktail Hour & Reception

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

Our ceremony is going to be in the outdoor side area of the Savoy Ballroom! We don't plan on the ceremony taking very long, as we don't have a bridal party--plus, we really don't want everyone sitting outside too long if it ends up being cold that day. After the ceremony, it's about five steps back into the Savoy for drinks and hors d'oeuvres. There will be a short "cocktail hour" between the ceremony and reception so that we can spend some time with our photographer, which you can use to loosen up and snack on hors d'oeuvres. We are planning on having a taco bar type situation for dinner (as it will be the easiest to allow for all dietary restrictions) and we will also be providing two drink tickets per person (after you use your drink tickets, it will be a cash bar).
