What safety measures are you taking for COVID-19?

Answer

- St. Mary's Church: masks required throughout ceremony - Reception Hall: please wear a mask unless eating or drinking Other safety measures: - Plated dinners - Servers wearing gloves; temperatures taken before entry - Disposable drinkware (please get a new cup for refills) - Hand sanitizer stations available throughout the night Seating arrangements: - If you have any seating requests (i.e. you just want to sit with your immediate family who you are regularly exposed to) please let us know by early February! We want to have the best possible night, but we also want to keep all of you lovely people safe! Please feel free to reach out to us with any concerns.

When are RSVPs due?

Please RSVP by February 1st, 2021 for you and any guests that were invited. Click the RSVP tab at the top of the page and follow the instructions!

Can I bring additional guests?

Answer

The number of guests in your party can be found on the RSVP page on this website. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any other additional guests.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony with mass will take place at St. Mary's Catholic Church: 603 Church Ave, College Station, TX 77840 The reception will occur at the Inn at Quarry Ridge: 9401 Rust Ln, Bryan, TX 77808 Both parts of the celebration will be indoors.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 2 o'clock PM. Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to be seated. Reception to follow.

Can I take pictures and post them on social media?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony - we kindly ask that you put all devices away and simply be present in the moment. As for the rest of the evening, feel free to take pictures and post them on social media! That being said, remember to be respectful of our wonderful photographers throughout the evening.
