Question

Where is the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Both ceremony and reception will occur at Glen Ellen Farms, 4940 Mussetter Road, Ijamsville, MD 21754. The ceremony site is a stone patio over looking the spring-fed pond. After exchanging vows, the cocktail hour will occur at the nearby stone walled barn ruins with music, drinks, and hors d'oeuvres while the bride and groom take bridal and family portraits. You are also free to roam the grounds but the Manor House itself will be closed. Once complete, everyone will proceed into the outdoor reception tent for dinner, speeches, and dancing.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan on arriving by 4 pm so everyone can be in place and ready for the ceremony to start on time at 430.

Question

What food will be served and what if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

After the wedding ceremony is over, hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be served. Once the cocktail hour is complete, a full dinner will be served. Please let the bride and groom know if you require a special dietary restriction entree for your meal so we can inform our caterer.
