Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. There will be a shuttle schedule prepared prior to the event. It is important you are on time for your scheduled shuttle in order to make the ceremony on time.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love all your little ones, we are having an adult only event due to limited space. We hope you can take this as an opportunity to have a fun parents night out!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal/Festive cocktail. Feel free to break out those fun and bold colors!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! If you choose to stay at any of the recommended lodging locations, the shuttle will pick you up directly from your accommodation and take you to the venue. A shuttle schedule will be provided to you closer to time. The shuttles will remain on site for the entire evening should you need to depart early. Please note that ride shares are not a reliable option in Pigeon Forge.

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

The entire event will take place on top of Bluff Mountain at the Trillium venue in Sevierville, TN. The ceremony will take place outside, weather permitting and the reception dinner will be inside. The dancing and festivities will take place in a mixed indoor/outdoor space.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Due to the mountaintop location of our wedding venue, there is no guest parking. Shuttle transportation will be provided for all of our guests. If you choose to stay at our recommended lodging locations, the shuttle will pick you up right from your accommodation. For those staying somewhere not on the recommended list, there is parking available at the Smoky Mountain Ziplines gravel parking lot located at 509 Mill Creek Rd, Pigeon Forge, TN. There will be shuttles you can board from there to take you up to the venue. A shuttle schedule will be provided to you closer to time. The shuttles will remain on site for the entire evening should you need to depart early.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will surely be missed! Please RSVP "will not attend". If you have already RSVP'd attending, but find that you will not make it, please notify Madison at 309-242-3020 or Sam at 404-510-2162.
