Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 30, 2025. Your timely response helps us finalize the details for our big day, and we will unfortunately be unable to accommodate any late responses.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is cocktail attire (e.g., suit or dress shirt with a tie or knee-length dress)

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are many AirBnB and hotels options in the area, including the Hilton Garden Inn Temecula, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Temecula, and the West Coast Winery Resort and Spa.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to ensure everyone is seated and ready for the ceremony to begin on time at 6pm.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is on-site parking for the ceremony and reception, which are both at Galway Downs. Guests are also allowed to leave their cars at the venue overnight, if necessary. It is a fairly high-traffic area, so guests can readily Lyft or Uber without issue.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please reach out to either Matthew or Tiffany if you need any food accommodations.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore all of the little ones in our lives, this will be an adults-only celebration.

Question

Nut Allergen Disclaimer for Wedding Cake

Answer

We wanted to inform our guests that our cake vendor is not a nut-free bakery, and at least one layer of our cake will contain nuts. Because the bakery cannot avoid cross contamination, we advise individuals with a nut allergy to forgo cake altogether.
