Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Friday Welcome Dinner Party: Cowboy Mountain Chic encouraged! Saturday Ceremony and Reception: Formal Attire Of note, our ceremony 11,564 ft so plan ahead with a light jacket or shawl depending on the forecast. Also recommend wearing sunscreen given the time of day and elevation. Umbrellas will be available if needed. Please also be aware there is a short walk from the top of the gondola to the ceremony site. While the area is paved/fairly flat, recommend wearing comfortable heels. The cocktail hour will be on mix of grass and pavement as well.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to limited seating. If you plan to make your trip to Vail a family vacation, we encourage you to book with one of the local onsite childcare agencies for Friday and Saturday. Please see links below for recommendations. Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

While there will not be any dedicated shuttles to and from hotels, we recommend taking the free village bus or many hotels to provide complimentary drop off/pick up throughout Vail.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend you be at base of the Eagle Bahn Gondola by 2:45pm at the latest. There is a short walk from the top of the gondola to the ceremony site. While the sidewalks are fairly flat/paved please be aware and wear comfortable shoes.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

While your presence at our special day is enough, if you would like ideas please see the registry tab above.
