While we love all of your little ones, we have decided to make this an adult only event. We ask that you think of our wedding as a night out to spend enjoying yourselves with other adults!
In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions!
Rock Island Lake Club does offer limited parking at the venue. In addition, the Hilton Garden Inn has complimentary parking for guests. We will be providing a shuttle service from the hotel to the venue and back for your convenience. Shuttle Schedule** There are two shuttles scheduled to leave the Hilton Garden Inn Rockaway. The first will depart at 4pm and the second at 415pm.
Semi-formal attire please! Think suits or jackets & cocktail dresses! A coat check will be available at the venue. The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors while the ceremony will be a day-of decision based on the weather (we all know how unpredictable it can be in New Jersey in February).
Of course! Rock Island Lake Club has an extensive menu and the ability to accommodate your needs. There are five dinner entree options, including a vegetarian choice, and all are available gluten free. Please just let us know ahead of time if you need any additional accommodations so we can make arrangements!
Beef = Filet mignon with bordelaise sauce, asparagus and potatoes Chicken = Spinach and mozzarella stuffed chicken breast with a garlic white wine sauce, wild rice pilaf and broccolini Fish = White wine and garlic shrimp in a creamy saffron risotto with pecorino and mascarpone, roasted asparagus and shaved parmesan Vegetarian = Grilled eggplant tower with zucchini, roasted peppers and tomatoes layered with mozzarella and a balsamic glaze Lamb = Braised lamb shank with creamy polenta, roasted asparagus and a port demi sauce

Absolutely. The venue has two floors, cocktail hour will be on the first while the ceremony and reception will be held on the second. There is an elevator for any guests who may be unable to use the staircase.
