Question

What is the best method to travel to/from the venue?

Answer

There is ample free parking at the venue, but you are NOT permitted to leave your car overnight. Please drive responsibly. Do not rely on ridesharing apps. The venue is in a rural area, and there may not be any drivers in the area.

Will alcohol be served at the wedding?

Answer

We will have an open bar for beer and wine. Liquor is not available nor permitted onsite.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We were very intentional with how we addressed the save-the-dates and invitations. For example, Mr. and Mrs. Smith means only you two are invited, no other guests or children. Miss Smith and Guest means you can bring one guest. The Smith Family means everyone in the immediate family is invited, no other guests.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outside on the lawn. The reception will take place outside on the deck. After the ceremony, you will be able to move freely between indoors and outdoors.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. That means we don't expect anyone to come in a full tuxedo, but jeans and sneakers is too casual. We want you to look your best but not sweat in a mid-September outdoor wedding.

Where do I go when I get to the venue?

Answer

Weather permitting, please proceed straight to the ceremony on the lawn. There are stairs to the left of the mansion. If you are unable to take the stairs, you may enter through the front door only to take the elevator down.

Is the couple registered?

Answer

We do not have a traditional wedding registry. We are fortunate to have everything we need in our home. On the Registry tab, we do have options to gift us honeymoon experiences.
