Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Wedding attire is semi formal. The ceremony and reception will take place on grass, please make appropriate shoe choices to walk in grass! We kindly request you do not wear white or any similar colors.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, however due to limited space our wedding is going to be an adults-only event besides the wedding party. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

How is the weather during this time of year?

Answer

Weather is usually around 70F- 80F degrees. It will be 50-60F at night so plan accordingly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Deadline is January 1st and you can RSVP online.

What precautions are you taking with Covid?

Answer

The health of our family and friends is a high priority for us. Thankfully this is an entirely outdoor venue and the majority of our guests have been vaccinated/boosted, however we will ask for extra precautions. We want to encourage our guests to take a PCR test 3 days prior to our wedding, or a rapid antigen test the day of the wedding if at all possible.

What do I do if I cant make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! Please indicate this on your RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is ample free parking at the venue.

Can I take Pictures?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. We ask that all phones and devices be put away and on silent during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture one of the most important moments of our lives. We promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes! Our food options are Chicken, Carne assada, and al pastor tacos and quesadillas. We will be serving water and soda along with our signature drinks, beer, and wine.

Can I take pictures and post them on social media?

Answer

Yes! We encourage guest to post pictures on their social media, our only request is to tag us and include the hashtag #TimetoGwynn so we can keep track of all the pictures.
