Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Please enjoy responsibly and have a safe way to get home!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony start time is 4:00 pm. We ask for guests to begin arriving from 3:30 at the earliest, to 3:55 pm at the latest. The Wedding will begin at 4:00 pm. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour to enter.

Question

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes! There is on site parking. Cars are able to be left overnight, but must be picked up by 10:00 am the next morning.

Question

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you do not RSVP or RSVP late. We have to provide an accurate headcount to our vendors & venue by a certain date. We will be sure to send our reminders but please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to very limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, there will be a place to share who your plus one will be when you RSVP. If you do not, please respect our wishes, and thank you so much for understanding!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony, this means we are asking all phones and devices to be put away and on silent during the ceremony. We will have a professional photographer to capture the most important moments on our day. Please do not have your phone out and blocking an important shot for the photographer. After the ceremony is complete, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like! If you get any photos on your personal device, please send them to us! We will be sure to share any and all photos we receive.

Question

Can we bring our Kids?

Answer

As much as we LOVE your kiddos, we regretfully can not accommodate everyone's children, due to limited capacity at the venue. If your kids have been accounted for, your invite will be addressed to the family. If your kids have been accounted for but can not attend, please make note of that when you RSVP! We strongly advise the reception to be as much of an adults only party as possible.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are classifying this as a semi formal western attire or semi formal attire event. No strict dress code in terms of colors, we want our guests' to dress in whatever you feel your best in! This is NOT a super formal or black tie event. Furthermore, do not feel obligated to dress western if that is outside of your comfort zone! This is the "feel" we are going for our wedding and how our bridal parties will be dressed. However, we do not have a preference on how our guests dress; this is only a guideline if you wish to follow. Our only wishes are to avoid wearing white or cream, as these colors will be reserved for the bride.
