Our Story 🤍

Hey Bartender

We met right when Max was graduating the Fire Academy in 2019. Max & friend Jimmie DeGolier came in to check out the restaurant their graduation dinner was to be at. I was bartending and was very interested right away. Haha but Max abided by his you never hit on the bartender rule, and now looking back, I wouldn't have it any other way. Because call it what you will, fate, destiny, chance, happenstance; we ran into each other at an old favorite bar of ours, the Lumberyard the next night. And thanks to Kyle Benedict, who was quite the wing man, our paths crossed once again the following night. The next day, we had our first date at Cowpunchers in Williams. Which we still try to attend every year. From there, we fell for each other, hard. And by May of 2020 while on a camping trip with our dear friends Kyle & Cheynna Benedict, the words I love you were exchanged for the first time. The year 2021 we moved in together and continued to join our lives even more. Which came so naturally it's almost unbelievable. From meeting families, to new jobs, promotions, extraordinary vacations, adventures, there is no one on this planet I could imagine creating this extraordinary life with. Fast forward to February 12, 2023, Superbowl Sunday. Max got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife. This was a complete surprise to me, which says a lot as I am not an easy person to surprise. But this was the easiest yes and best decision of my life. I can not wait to marry you and continue to do this amazing thing called life with you!
