Is a shuttle provided?

Answer

Yes! For guests staying at the Fairfield Hotel, there is a shuttle available to take you to and from the venue. The shuttle holds 24 passengers, and will follow the schedule below: 4:00 - From hotel to venue 4:30 - From hotel to venue 5:00 - From hotel to venue 8:00 - From venue to hotel 9:30 - From venue to hotel 10:30 - From venue to hotel 11:45 - From venue to hotel 12:15 - From venue to hotel

What are your COVID-19 precautions?

Answer

The safety of our guests is very important to us, and we want all our guests to feel empowered to do whatever is necessary to keep themselves healthy/safe. Below is a list of precautions we will be taking: Hand sanitizer at tables Served dinner buffet Staff wearing masks & gloves Spaced out ceremony seating Open windows (if below 75 degrees) Optional wristbands available for guests to indicate their comfort level to others (red/yellow/green) At this point in time there is no mask mandate in the state of Indiana. The CDC recommends the public wear masks indoors, regardless of vaccination status. We ask that our guests do whatever they feel comfortable with to keep themselves healthy/safe.

Are young children invited?

Answer

We love your kids - we really do! But in order to accommodate all our loved ones at the venue we've chosen, we ask that our wedding be your night off. Thank you for your understanding.
