This hike is 5.6 miles with about 2,000 ft of elevation gain which has a fire tower that you can climb at the top for spectacular views. This is about a 3 - 4 hour hike.
After this hike you can say that just like Matt you have hiked the Appalachian Trail. This hike is 3.4 miles with 1000 ft of elevation gain. You hike past a waterfall and get a beautiful view at the top. This hike will take between 2-3 hours depending on your speed.
This hike - err walk - is only .5 miles with almost no elevation gain. It has a beautiful waterfall and can be done by all ages.

Take a scenic ride on the Sunburst Six chairlift and get a different perspective of the Vermont landscape. Hike the trails, have a picnic, take some photos, enjoy the view! You'll be able to hike all the way down or ride the lift back when you are done. Marc Goldberg will be doing this on Saturday to conquer his fear of heights.
