COVID?

Answer

Ick. We know this is unfortunately still a thing. To mitigate COVID risk: 1. All guests of age must be up to date on vaccines. 2.Rehearsal dinner & the ceremony will be outdoors. The reception is in a very large cubic volume area 3. We ask everyone to take a Covid test (provided in the welcome bag) on Saturday morning. If you are on the fence about whether this makes sense for your party, please opt for the safer route and stay home or just attend the outdoor events. We understand - really!

I have one or more small children - are they invited too?

Answer

Not only invited, but encouraged! The weekend will be as kid friendly as possible.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be a rehearsal dinner on Friday night and a breakfast on Sunday morning.

Did Meredith really agree to marry Matt?

Answer

Shockingly, yes. In fact we got married last fall at our local town hall.

Are dogs welcome?

Answer

Sadly not at Okemo lodging. But we'd love to see your furry friends during the day! We'd recommend the Paw Lodge in Ludlow for alternate pet lodging.

Can I ski during the weekend?

Answer

Yes, bring your rock skis and be prepared to hike up.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We ask you to park at Jackson Gore and take the shuttle to the ceremony.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes as long as it is one of the Okemo owned properties.

Is this in foliage season? I've heard leaf peeping is a thing.

We hope so. It's a little on the early side, but with any luck we'll have some foliage.

Can I see Bernie Sanders while I'm in VT?

Answer

If you're willing to go up to Burlington, then definitely maybe.
