Friday's Welcome Party will be partly indoors and outdoors. Saturday's ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will be outdoors followed by dancing indoors. Tucson weather can vary greatly! Late October has been as warm as high 80's or as low as mid-50's so please check the forecast ahead of time and plan accordingly.
We will be providing a shuttle on Saturday from the Home2Suites hotel to Hacienda del Sol for the ceremony, as well as a shuttle at the end of the evening back to Home2Suites and the after-party destination. For those taking the shuttle to the ceremony, note that the first bus will arrive at 2:15pm with a prompt departure at 2:30pm, second bus will arrive at 3pm with a prompt departure at 3:15pm For Friday's and Sunday's festivities, please plan to travel via walking or Uber/Lyft options available.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure you're seated in time for a prompt start at 4pm. If you're staying on-site at Hacienda del Sol, the courtyard will be a quick ~5 min walk from your room. If you're staying at the Home2Suites in downtown Tucson, we'll be providing shuttles to pick you up in time for the ceremony. Stay tuned for the shuttle schedule.
You are more than welcome to bring along your little ones to the Welcome Party on Friday night. However, for Saturday's festivities, we kindly request no children attend. We're looking forward to letting loose with all our friends!
We typically prefer to fly into TUS but understand that there tend to be more flight options in/out of PHX. If you decide to fly into Phoenix, please note that there will be a ~1 hour 45 minute drive into Tucson and most Ubers are not willing to make the trek. There are some shuttle bus options available if you don't want to rent a car.
