TRANSPORTATION: 3 buses will arrive at the Hampton Inn and 1 at the Clarion around 3:00 and will depart for Fort Preble at 3:15pm. Following the ceremony, all 4 buses will be loaded up to head over to Bayside Bowl for cocktail hour. AT THE LOCATION: -You will be greeted by bluegrass extraordinaire: The Royer Family Band. You're welcome! :c) -The ceremony will take place on a grassy landing by the ocean, please keep that in mind as you make your shoe choices... a spiked heel may help to irrigate the grass but may prove difficult for you. -If we have our way, it will be a beautiful sunny day...and there is no shade. Use sunblock and bring a hat or umbrella, if necessary. -At the end of the ceremony we will need some assistance breaking down some of the chairs. If you are willing and able, we would really appreciate your help!
