We have shuttles arriving at the provided hotels at 4:30pm to take all guests to the ceremony at City Winery (all subsequent events are on site). There are two shuttle departure times returning to the provided hotels - 11:00pm or 1:00am
Travel Note
There are endless amounts of activities to do in the Hudson Valley, and this is the nicest time of year to visit! We recommend everyone have access to a car in order to enjoy all the region has to offer during your stay. While there are Ubers/Lyfts in the area, it is not the most reliable way to get around - so please plan accordingly.

This is the closest airport to the wedding weekend - just a 45 minute drive to the preferred hotels!

For anyone traveling from NYC and not using a car - the best way to travel would be by the Metro North from Grand Central to the Beacon NY station, which is then a short cab ride to the preferred hotels.
