Reservations are not required for restaurants however can be requested for large parties. Please note some of the bars and restaurants are exclusively for Excellence, Finest or Adults Only.
We highly recommend you download the Excellence Club app which includes information about the different restaurants and bars the resort offers including dress code where relevant. Daily Activity schedules are also posted as well as an interactive map of the resort and lots of other helpful information.
It is customary to tip at these type of resorts as resort workers make very little. You do tend to find that tipping gets you that extra special service (none of us ever want to go thirsty right!), however, a little goes a long way therefore we recommend bringing small denominations to tip little and often if you can - it is not mandatory!
