Meet our friends and family who are walking down the aisle with us!

Emily Brock

Maid of Honor

Emily and I have been best friends since the 8th grade. We actually met in the 6th grade, but we hated each other and were each other's nemesis for those first two years. Thanks to a few truly bonding experiences however (including but not limited to: Disney movies, passing notes in class, sharing ALL of our clothes, Emily's clumsiness and my mom's no-bake cookies) we became inseparable best friends. I have even been deemed the 'third daughter' of the Keeney household. We have shared so many life experiences together and I'm honored to have her stand by my side on our big day.

Mack Scheurell

Best Man

He is the best man, the one who's always smiling and laughing, never had a bad time in his life! Mack and I met in Chicago through our good friend Alex Riewer. After many roommate nights taking shots of Jameson (Alex & Mack's choice), we became really close friends and eventually ended up living together for about a half decade. So many memories have been made with my best friend from traveling all over the world to hanging out at Cubs games. Watch out for his famous dance move "The Stomp" on the dance floor, seriously watch your toes. Can't wait to celebrate another unforgettable night, sans Jameson shots!

Elizabeth Verdick

Bridesmaid

Elizabeth is the older sister of Emily, and the other third to our remarkable trio. Ever the supportive sister, Elizabeth understood from Emily while we were in the 6th grade that they did not like me. She moved to Australia for a few years from work, and was surprised to learn upon her return that not only did Emily like me, but their family was now timing Sunday dinners around my skating practice schedule. Ever the supportive sister, she instantly went to becoming my best friend too and even let Emily and I move in with her upon graduating college and moving to Chicago. From failed Sangria Sundays to football Sundays and every day in between (especially Tuesdays because everything seems to happen on a TUESDAY for us), Elizabeth has been my rock and like a sister to me.

Alec Hoge

Groomsman

Absolutely hated this man when I first met him. He would randomly yell things in the middle of restaurants, or throw multiple extraordinary dabs at random times. It was too much for my soul to take. Fast-forward a few years and he won me over (I'm now next to him yelling or dabbing our way around Chicago). It's been exciting teaching him the game of golf and loved watching his battle to break 100, we're getting him sub-90 next spring! You'll want to keep an eye on his exquisite moves on the dance floor, but just don't expect his flexibility to "wow" you.

Hope Elliott

Bridesmaid

Hope is my future sister-in-law, and I could not have picked a better family to marry into. From the first time I met her, Hope welcomed me into the family and has been an amazing friend, future sister, and even a formidable ally when Glenn and Mark decide to team up on us. But she and I are definitely the superior Monopoly and (The Office) What Do You Meme players. I am thrilled that she will be standing next to us on our wedding day, and even more excited about a lifetime of sisterhood!

Mark Elliott

Groomsman

Brother-by-law and I'd have it no other way. My sister married a great one and he fits into our family like a glove! Whether it be building a deck, saving a child from being eaten by a shark on the banks of the Atlantic, or sipping bourbon in the wee hours of the morning, I always love our time together. Now, don't tell the rest of the family that we stopped and got vacation beers on our way to get the groceries... Go-to dance move: raise his pint glass in the air and bop his head up and down!

Abby Bort

Bridesmaid

Abby is my current sister-in-law and usually at this point, I just refer to her as my sister. Ever since she and Matthew started dating their freshman year of college, she's been family. From IU tailgates, to ski trips, lake days, and even her not spilling the beans to my brother that time we bumped into each other at Kilroy's when I was still under 21, (earmuffs, Mom), and now watching her be the most incredible mom to her two daughters, I can safely say that Matthew was not the only lucky one when she married him.

Matt Bort

Groomsman

Countless people envy at Matt's passion for Naturdays, it's hard to blame them, they're damn good. The brother of the bride loves to be on the water with his wakeboard strapped to his feet. So much so that he's got his 4-year old daughter (and flower girl Mackenzie) doing countless laps around Big Long Lake in Indiana. It's only a matter of time before younger sister Cameron is next. I'm not sure I've ever seen Matt break it down on the dance floor, but if I had to guess his go-to move would be the side-to-side dad jig (surely not to be upstaged by Mackenzie & Cameron)!

Lauren Randazzo

Bridesmaid

Lauren and I met the summer before high school when we both tried out for the cheerleading team. We both made it, but she was way better at it than me! Making the move from the Catholic grade school to a public high school where I barely knew anyone was incredibly daunting. But I knew from the moment I met Lauren that I had made a lifelong friend. Throughout high school, college, moving to Chicago within months of each other, we've now been friends longer than we haven't, and I can't imagine what life would be like without her.

Mike Hahn

Groomsman

We call him Dad. Everyone loves Dad, he takes care of us there's no question about that! Dad and I both share a love for the Chicago Bears, apparently we just can't get enough of the many awful quarterbacks that have run through the organization. Dad currently lives in Madison, but he and I met in Chicago through our mutual friend Alec (the one with the flexible dance moves above). You'll be able to find Dad sweating on the dance floor throughout the night, please bring him a napkin to wipe the sweat from his brow.

Brienna Puskaric

Bridesmaid

Brienna is my cousin and we like to use the phrase that we're cousins by birth, but friends by choice. We have been there for each other since we were babies and have grown closer with every passing year. Any time we're out together, we're always stopped and asked if we're sisters. When her actual sister is also there, people say all three of us must be sisters. We've been lucky to spend the last many years together in Chicago, going boating, enjoying dinners and happy hours, champagne-filled manis and pedis, and daily G-chats. I am so excited and honored to have her be a part of our special day!

Brian Figueroa

Groomsman

The number one golfer of the group, just ask him. He brings a little spiciness and flair in the best way possible. Brian and I have enjoyed many, many rounds of golf together at some magnificent courses. One of my favorite memories was when we met in the middle in Milwaukee to play 18 holes (Brian lives in Green Bay); that late March day could not have been colder but our love for golf runs deep. He doesn't need one, but we'll get him a tequila and we will undoubtedly be trying to do the salsa on the dance floor as some point throughout the night!

Kathleen Luckner

Bridesmaid

Kathleen is another cousin of mine, and another cousin by birth, friend by choice! She is my international travel buddy (and roomie) and is so loved by everyone she meets, that she gets invited to travel and visit to more exciting places by friends and might-as-well-be-family friends. She will absolutely make you smile and laugh without even trying. We have had so many fun adventures together and I am so excited for her to be a part of this one!

Fr. Patrick Mary Briscoe

Officiant

Fr. Patrick and Mary Catherine have known each other since we were 8 years old in school together, and our families have remained close ever since! An extremely busy guy who is always on the move (this picture was taken in Rome - he’s met the Pope, NBD), we feel extremely blessed and honored to have him partake in our special day and preside over our marriage ceremony.
