FAQs

Please see below for answers to our frequently asked questions:
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 20th, 2024. Please note we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We need to provide our vendors and the venue exact numbers by a certain date, so please be mindful of the date listed on the invite and RSVP as soon as possible.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Dress code is formal, black tie optional. This means midi to full length dresses for women and tuxes or dark suits for men. We want all of our guests to be able to dance all night, so please dress to your comfortability level. Note that some of our events are outdoors so please plan accordingly for weather!

Question

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking onsite and golf carts will be available to transfer from the parking lot to the venue for those that need assistance. Transportation to and from the venue will be available from the Marriott. SHUTTLE SCHEDULE: Shuttle pickup will be at the Marriott, in front of the lobby doors. Please arrive early as shuttles will leave on time. Note that the shuttles can only accommodate 45 guests each, and we recommend planning earlier rather than waiting for the later busses. Shuttle #1 &2: 1:50PM Departure Shuttle #3 &4: 2:50PM Departure Alternatively, please take an Uber, Lyft or other ride alternative if you will be drinking!

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Although we adore your little ones, we have decided to make our wedding an adults only event with the exception of the children in our wedding party. We hope you understand!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that only guests on your invitation attend. If there are any questions, please reach out directly!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes early, to allow extra time for parking and taking your seat prior to ceremony.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Absolutely! The only request we make is to please refrain during the ceremony. We have hired an incredible photographer and videographer to capture our ceremony, and would love for you to be as present as possible when we say “I do”. However, please take photos throughout the evening otherwise!

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Weather in Idaho is beautiful in September. Historically, it averages anywhere from 75 degrees to 84 degrees with a low of 55 degrees. Please plan accordingly as our day will be celebrated both indoors and outdoors!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Do you even know us? Of course! Beer, wine, champagne and cocktails will be available to party accordingly.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please refer to our RSVP page to add in dietary restrictions and allergies when confirming attendance.
