Are masks required?

Answer

Masks are not required! You're certainly welcome to wear one if that makes you more comfortable. The staff at RiverStone is completely vaccinated and will not be wearing masks.

Do y'all require guests to have gotten the vaccine?

Answer

While we strongly encourage you to get the Covid-19 vaccine, you know yourself and your body best! If you are not vaccinated, you are still welcome. Please take proper precautions such as keeping your mask on and being socially distant. We can't wait to celebrate with you soon!

How much of the event is outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, only the ceremony will be outside. The reception will be inside in the air conditioning! There will be tables and a bar outside if you want to spend more time outdoors.

Where y'all going on your honeymoon?

Answer

We plan to take a train ride across America on the California Zephyr for our honeymoon! This route from Chicago to San Fransico is regarded as one of the most beautiful scenic train rides in the world. The California Zephyr is a part of the Zephyr fleet which started with the Pioneer Zephyr, the train Mary and Dylan used to give tours of at the Museum of Science and Industry.

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

We love you and your kiddos, but if your kids are not listed on your invite, we ask that they stay home for the evening! If you feel strongly about this, please send us an email at MaryAndDylanMcDowell@gmail.com and we'd love to talk about it.

Answer

If there is a plus one listed on your invite, you may bring a plus one. If you don't see one and would like to discuss it with us, please contact us at MaryAndDylanMcDowell@gmail.com.

Yes! Her initials remain MMM.

Will Bert be there?

Answer

Bert will be relaxing at home on July 4! But you're welcome to visit Mary and Dylan any time to see the world's sweetest and most handsome boy.
