We will do our best to organize a safe evening for everyone, but please keep in mind that many guests will have varying comfort levels. As of August 2021, City of New Orleans Guidance (https://ready.nola.gov/incident/coronavirus/safe-reopening/) requires masks for all indoor gatherings, and anyone 12 years of age and older must provide proof of at least one dose of an approved COVID vaccine or negative PCR test within 72 hours of our event. We ask guests to be patient as we work to adhere to these requirements with Hotel Mazarin. We also ask that the topic of COVID-19 be ‘off the menu’ for celebration time conversation and hope that everyone is too busy dancing for discussion :)
We happily welcome little ones to both the ceremony and reception! However, we will not be providing any childcare options, so please plan accordingly if needed.
Yes, the ceremony and reception will be cocktail attire. Cocktail attire is a balance between formal and casual and elegant and comfortable. Men typically wear a suit and tie while women wear a cocktail dress.
We ask that guests arrive in time for a brief ceremony in the courtyard of Hotel Mazarin at 4:30pm on Saturday, January 15th.
Please reach out directly to Amanda or Marty if your invitation does not include your desired date. We will do our best to accommodate +1s, but please keep in mind that our numbers are limited for a variety of reasons, including COVID-19.
